CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Studio Policies I totally understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Deposit Policy A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and applied toward your cancellation fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 30% cancellation fee based on your scheduled service total. Any remaining balance after the deposit must be paid before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If I haven’t heard from you within 5 minutes of your start time, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. No-Show Policy A “no-show” is missing your appointment without any communication prior to your scheduled start time. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. The deposit will be applied toward this fee, and the remaining balance must be paid before booking any future appointments.
